The process

What happens, step by step

A smiling family with two young children
  1. Free consultation & screening
A short call to confirm the type of evaluation you need, the fee and the documents required.
  2. Document review
You share supporting documents — your declaration, legal paperwork or medical records — through a secure link.
  3. Clinical session · 2–2.5 hours
A confidential interview and standardized assessments, in person or by secure telehealth, in your preferred language.
  4. Brief follow-up session
We review the information in your report with you for accuracy before it is finalized.
  5. Final report to your attorney
A signed PDF ready for submission, delivered within 10–14 business days of the follow-up, with your written authorization. A draft can go to your attorney first if requested. Need it sooner? Expedited reports are available for an additional fee.

Payment

A 50% deposit secures your appointment at the time of scheduling. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your final session. Once your service is agreed upon, you will receive an invoice with instructions to pay securely online.

Changes & cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. No refunds once the initial consultation and first assessment are completed.
