Here’s what you can expect:

Attorney Review & Finalization
A draft can be shared with your attorney for review (if desired) before finalization. The final report is delivered as a signed PDF ready for court submission.

Consultation & Screening
You’ll start with a brief consultation to determine the type of evaluation you need (e.g., Hardship, Asylum, VAWA, U-Visa, T-Visa). We’ll review the purpose, process, and documentation required.

Document Review
You’ll be asked to share supporting documents such as your affidavit, legal paperwork, or medical/psychological records. This helps your evaluator prepare a personalized assessment.

Clinical Interview
The evaluator conducts a detailed clinical interview (usually 1.5 to 2 hours) to understand your background, experiences, and emotional impact related to your case.
Interviews can be completed in person or via secure telehealth.

Psychological Testing (If Needed)
Depending on the case type, standardized psychological tests may be used to support findings.

Report Preparation
The evaluator writes a comprehensive psychological evaluation report that includes clinical impressions, diagnostic formulation, and a professional opinion linking your emotional experiences to your immigration case.
